Here are the details on how you can expect to transact with us. We are transparent about our pricing. No hidden fees, guaranteed excellent customer service and always competitive. Some might even say we’re a “steal” due to our response rate when it comes to communication, with us you move faster, with accuracy and peace of mind. When you hire us, we become partners, your success is our success. Everything that we suggest, design and source for you will be of extremely high quality and you will tend to have options to choose from, to fit your budget. Due to our decades of combined experience and our long standing (and hand picked) vendor-partners, we are confident to find you the best solutions for your buck.


A la carte (project-based)

This is the most common way of transacting with our clients. You just let us know what you’re after and we can quote anything within a day for common products. We can find you pretty much anything you can think of for your business, and in case your need is not something we can handle confidently, we refer you directly to vendors who we know would take great care of you.

Retainers (Short term contracts)

Just like any good attorney you secure to have on your legal team, we too can work on retainer. Retainers are common among design agencies, and guarantee that you will have the team’s undivided attention whenever a design need comes up. We offer 3-months to a year (or longer) retainers at a very competitive rates, month-to-month retainers can also be negotiated if it suits your needs best. Retainers typically run from a minimum of $1,200/month to $3,500+/month depending on client needs.

Incredible product pricing

Our long standing relationships with an extensive network of vendors is a benefit to you. Our exclusive pricing is extended to you as our client. (Even after we broker the deal, you will still be getting top shelf product with amazing pricing… We told you, we are transparent with how and what we charge!) We are the only ones you would be in contact with for the life of your project(s), saving you time to do what only you can do, run your business. Leave the production to us, we’re happy to serve. Just order and be confident your product will get to you promptly without a hitch.




Proofing: all the work is proofed and approved by you, the client, before we send things into production. We eliminate mistakes by carefully covering these simple bases. When you give the okay, you can rest assured, things will come the way you expected it (the way you proofed it) or we will re-do the order.

Pricing: before any deal goes down, we send out quotes for your approval before all orders are executed. You will never be surprised by a bill as all quotes will include itemized cost, tax and shipping. Giving you a fully comprehensive quote is important to us before you pull the trigger.

Contracts: don’t be surprised if we send you a contract draft, that’s to protect you and us. It keeps accountability up and just makes both parties at ease when it comes to the dry must-do’s of the client/artist relationship.

Payment: we accept all major credit cards through our secured online billing system. We also accept those dinosaur sheets known as cheques if you’d like to use those (we do welcome those with open arms). All tangible goods require 100% payment before the order is placed, all design costs require 50% down to begin the project and the rest to be remitted at delivery.
